Turkish Bath

 

For those who want physical and mental relaxation, better blood circulation, more hydration and a cleaner body, you have to try the Turkish Bath.

The temperature is between 40ºC and 45ºC creating a moist heat through the water vapour including a few drops of eucalyptus and mint essence providing a decongestant effect of the airways. You can hold two sessions between 10 and 15 minutes intermingling with tepid or cold showers.

The moist heat stimulates the opening of the pores favouring the defamation of the most superficial layers of the skin where the dead cells are and, through the release of the sweat, toxins that are present in the body are eliminated.

As your heart rate increases, blood travels through your body in a more accelerated way, transporting oxygen for inflammation or oedema, thereby reducing pain, leading to relaxation and relief, and initiating a more rapid and natural healing process.

The room is covered by marble & tiles with a bench for the person to sit or lie down.
